With an account at PawPeds you get access to some of the extra services. Further services will be available for a certain fee. When you register an account, you agree to the users’ conditions and pledge to follow them.
You accept to provide correct and updated personal information and to not register more than one account. It is particularly important that your e-mail address is continously updated.
You accept the PawPeds authority to register and deal with your personal information, given when registering your account as well as updated later on.
PawPeds pledge to employ the personal information only for internal use. The information will be forwarded to third parties only if this is necessary to deliver to you your user’s services. The information might also be handed out to authorities or corresponding, if there is a law demanding this or if there is a court decision to adhere to. PawPeds may also use the information to distribute own material that is not connected to your account and to distribute own offerings, unless you have especially demanded us not to forward such extras.
The details that users enter into the provided functions and that to their nature are personal, will be treated confidentially. This implies that PawPeds not by any means will circulate these details. PawPeds will only use these details for trouble shooting and support or for statistics that can not be traced to single users.
PawPeds may close an account with its belonging information if the account has been inactive for at least six (6) months. PawPeds may also delete information that is related to a paid-for-account if the user has not paid for the prolongation within six (6) months from date of payment.
PawPeds endeavour that the information and the results given out shall be correct, but PawPeds will not carry the responsibility if this is not the case. It is solely the user’s responsibility to check original documents, such as pedigrees and test results, so that the breeding decisions that are taken will be correct.
PawPeds will inform the users of any change of the conditions and any further use of the account implies the accepting of the new users’ conditions.
